WAFFLES

INGREDIENTS:

3 eggs 

4 T safflower oil 

2 T maple syrup 

2/3 c flour 

(Gluten free – gluten free flour) 

(Gluten – 1/3 c white, 1/3 c wheat) 

¼ t salt 

1 t baking powder 

Milk

DIRECTIONS:

  1.  Put all ingredients into a 16 oz. blender cup, filling almost to the “max” line with milk. 

  2.  Blend, then wait ten minutes for batter to thicken. 

  3.  Pour into waffle iron and cook for 5 minutes.
