QUESADILLAS
INGREDIENTS:
Corn tortillas
Cheese, shredded
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350*F
Lay half the tortillas out on a baking sheet.
Cover each tortilla with shredded cheese.
Leaving open-faced, place in oven for 5-10 minutes, checking regularly for melting cheese.
Once cheese is partially melted, add a corn tortilla to each open-faced quesadilla, and flip over.
Cook for 3 more minutes, or until cheese is fully melted.
