QUESADILLAS

INGREDIENTS:

Corn tortillas 

Cheese, shredded 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F 

  2. Lay half the tortillas out on a baking sheet. 

  3. Cover each tortilla with shredded cheese. 

  4. Leaving open-faced, place in oven for 5-10 minutes, checking regularly for melting cheese. 

  5. Once cheese is partially melted, add a corn tortilla to each open-faced quesadilla, and flip over. 

  6. Cook for 3 more minutes, or until cheese is fully melted.
