ENROLLMENT CONTRACT

This contract outlines the tuition, billing, and enrollment terms for your child's care at Owl House. Signing this contract confirms your agreement to these terms, in addition to the Owl House Parent Handbook, Agreements & Consents, and Child Safety & Protection Policy.

Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday, 7:45am - 5:00pm

Billing & Payment

Tuition is billed on the 1st of each month for the upcoming month, along with any additional charges from the previous month. Payment is due by the 10th of each month.

Pickup after 5:00pm is billed at $1 per minute.

If tuition is not paid by the 10th, care is paused until the balance is settled in full.

Withdrawal

Families must give 30 days' written notice before withdrawing a child from Owl House. Tuition is owed through the end of the 30-day notice period.

Holidays & Closures

Owl House follows the annual calendar provided at enrollment and posted at owlhouseonline.com, which lists specific closure dates for holidays and other planned closures.

School-year enrollment is full-time, 5 days a week (food included)

Younger than 2 1⁄2

5 days/week = $2,099/month

2 1⁄2 and Older

5 days/week = $1,915/month

Older Sibling (regularly scheduled)

5 days/week = $1,691/month

SUMMER TUITION

Summer scheduling is flexible — choose 1 to 5 days a week (food included)

Younger than 2 1⁄2

1 day/week = $420/month

2 days/week = $840/month

3 days/week = $1,259/month

4 days/week = $1,679/month

5 days/week = $2,099/month

2 1⁄2 and Older

1 day/week = $383/month

2 days/week = $760/month

3 days/week = $1,149/month

4 days/week = $1,532/month

5 days/week = $1,915/month
