EGGIES
INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Turn stove on medium heat and add some oil to hot pan.
In a bowl, scramble 3 eggs and oil.
Add egg mixture to pan and tilt pan to spread egg completely.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
When eggs are looking mostly cooked, flip the eggs.
Turn off the pan.
Remove from pan and slice into rectangles.
