BELL PEPPERS

INGREDIENTS:

1 bell pepper 

(I usually use red, but sometimes have orange or yellow)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Wash pepper and remove the seeds and ribbing. 

  2. Dice. 

  3. For “crunchy peppers,” you’re ready to serve.

  4. For “soft peppers,” sauté with oil on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until soft. 

  5. Lightly salt to taste.
